Wearing a fuschiay-purple pleated dress under a grey open cardi, which I've belted with a brown and straw belt. I have black sheer tights on under black OTK socks with brown boots. For a little extra warmth I've added a leopard scarf. Accessories are simple--a few bracelets on one arm and my "Oui/Non" earrings. Makeup is also simple, a little mascara, brown eyeliner, neutral shadown, NARS Orgasm, and sheer shimmery lipgloss. Chic and perfect for the office.

Hey all! I am a professional musician- I play dueling pianos in a bar and I am the only girl. I'm 24 years old I have choppy red and blonde hair and I'm very very fair skinned (I wear the lightest color of most foundations). I have brown eyes and all of the features on my face are small-lips and eyes included. I feel like when I work I look kind of young and innocent onstage and I want to change my makeup to see if that helps. I would love some color or style suggestions or tutorials. I just really want my features to pop and standout onstage. And it would help if I looked a little older! Thanks all :)

Learn how to contour your face to give it some more definition--that can help make you look less baby-faced. Use an eyelash curler to help make your eyes look bigger. Here's a tutorial on contouring that's pretty good: http://www.temptalia.com/tutorial-contour-blush-highlighting-the-face

I LOVE Emma Watson, and her pixie cut, and I recently got a pixie, so I would like to know how to get these looks?? If at all possible :) Thank you!

It's all in the product! Look for texturizing pastes, waxes and pomades (stick with matte products). My 2 favorite brands (when my hair was pixie-short) are Short Sexy Hair & Crew, which is a men's line but works wonderful. I've also tried some Garnier and BedHead products, as well as KMS and Redkin. Basically, you want something to add texture and hold to your hair, you use a very small amount, and then you just play with it until it's how you like it.

<3 pixie cuts... so much fun and so easy!

Hello! I've just bought this dress and I love it, but I'm a bit stuck as to what to wear with it? I want to look laid back and kind of retro, with a little bit of grunge in there maybe, i was thinking a dark, plum lip? - i'd love some help! Thank you. x

I'd go with something like this, and add a chunky knit scarf in a pattern that contrasts with the dress, but goes with it as well (so make sure there's a little bit of red in it, but that it's not all red). Add a cute headband maybe too.

I agree with vilaya. Wear whatever you want--whatever makes you feel comfortable and safe. Just get up, get dressed, and do something.

My condolences.

Like over the knee socks in longer (that cover the full tighs, and sit just below the buttocks) and that you can fixed/attached with suspenders/garters ? Not tighs, leggings or stockings :)

I'd buy sweater tights and cut them at the length you want them. The top will roll and you won't need to hem them. Just hand wash and hang dry and they won't unravel (I've done it myself before). That way, you get exactly what you want!

and which colour do you like better?

I'd wear the light ones with something like this.
